Hello! My name is Adrianne and I’m the owner and designer at Cottontail Digital Press. I am located in Los Angeles, California. Please take a moment to read over all my policies below.

Timeline:

It is **important** to contact me before ordering a sample to see my estimated timeline. I work with multiple couples at once and some months are busier than others. The entire process can take anywhere from 4 weeks to 10 weeks based on the size of your order, my schedule and how many changes are made to your order. Please also calculate in shipping times (See shipping section below)

**Please note: The Estimated Date of Completion I provide you is only good for 48 hours. Once your place your order the Estimated Date of Completion will be written on the custom listing and that will be your final Estimated Date of Completion.

Payment

Payment can be made one of two ways:
1) Full payment at the time you place your order.
2) I can split your payments in 2. I can accept 50% at the time you place your order, then the remaining 50% + Shipping costs before I ship your package.
I am unable to ship orders until full payment + shipping has been made.

Shipping

Cottontail Digital Press ships via USPS. Please allow 2-5 days for all orders shipped within the United States. For all international orders please allow 2-10 weeks for your package to arrive.

For packages gone missing:
Sample Orders: If a sample has not arrived within 1 week (within the US) or 3 weeks (outside the US) let me know and I'll ship you new samples at no new charge.

For full custom orders:
Within the US: Please contact me if you have not received your order within 2 weeks. Most US orders will have a tracking number and we can work with the post office to retrieve your package. Cottontail Digital Press is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping, or packages damaged during natural disasters. Once your package is in the mail it is the responsibility of the USPS to deliver it to you.

For international orders shipped outside the U.S.
Please contact me if you have not received your order within 5 weeks. The US Post Office does not offer tracking numbers for orders shipped internationally. We will discuss options. If necessary, I will re-print your order within 2 weeks, but the customer is responsible for new shipping costs. Cottontail Digital Press is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping, or packages damaged during natural disasters. Once your package is in the mail it is the responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver it to you.

Please note for orders shipped outside the US: You may be subject to customs fees when you pick up your package. These fees are separate to your total order plus shipping and are paid to your local government when the package arrives. Each country is different and it is the customer's responsibility to factor in customs fees. Cottontail Digital Press does declare the full amount on the package as is required by law.

Please note: Some countries (ie: Germany and the Cayman Islands) Have a tendency to have a slower customs office when it comes to processing packages. Please note that your package may arrive within the specified time range, but may be sitting at the customs department for as long as a month before you are notified. Cottontail Digital Press has no control over custom's fees or timeline. (Wish we did!)

Refunds and Exchanges

Completion of Work
Estimated due date is just that; Estimated. While most orders are completed on or before the estimated due date, unforeseen issues can occur that will delay the arrival of your order. Client understands that order will be completed within a reasonable amount of time.

Each item is handmade and goods will have slight variations. Client understands that small variations will occur.

Returns
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact me within 7 days. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typos, layout). The customer is 100% responsible for all text, spellings, wording, grammar and content. I highly encourage every client to order a physical sample before placing a full order. Due to the nature of the business, personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged once an order is placed. period. Client is responsible for all items and materials listed on the custom listing they purchased. It is up to the client to ask questions and obtain clarification before placing an order.

In the case of a mistake on our end, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will work to get you a replacement set as soon as possible. I do ask that you return the original order. Cottontail Digital Press will pay for return shipping. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Cottontail Digital Press may ask for evidence of error before processing a re-order. 

Privacy and Security
Please be assured that Cottontail Digital Press respects your privacy. Any information we collect from you is used to help us communicate with you and is never sold or disclosed to outside third parties. 

Professional Photographers, Image Authors and Copyright
Cottontail Digital Press respects and upholds the legal rights of photographers and image authors. If you have a copyrighted image and wish to use it for personalizing your item(s), please contact the photographer to request a signed copyright release for your own records.

If you have a studio image that does not indicate who created the work and you are not aware who created the work, you may be able to claim that the work you are requesting is for "fair use," and that you are unaware, or are unable to contact the photographer.

Copyright Indemnification.
Purchaser agrees to hold harmless Cottontail Digital Press for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgments resulting from any claims or lawsuit made against Cottontail Digital Press for any grounds claiming that the work produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity. If there is a mistake on my end, I will replace your order free of charge.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All work here is designed by me and copyright protected. All work is not to be duplicated or distributed in any way. All work sold is only to be used for your specific event and no others. This includes making color copies for additional invites, reselling digital files or passing along images for another event. Non-adherence to this can result in legal action.

**Please Note**: Cottontail Digital Press does NOT proof any wording/verbiage or information provided. Client is 100% responsible for all wording and proofing on final product. Please always double check addresses, times, locations, spellings and other information. You will not receive a refund or exchange for wording or verbiage mistakes that the client provided.
