I like the invitation, but can I request a specific font?

Fonts can easily be changed. I have many fonts in my library. If you have a specific font in mind let me know the name and Ill do my best to locate it or find a similar option. Font changes are no extra charge, unless you would like for me to purchase a specific font.

Can I have my wedding colors featured in my invitation?

Most invitations are customizable with color. Email me your wedding colors and the invitation you are looking for and I will let you know how we can incorporate your colors. Please note: Colors look different from monitor to monitor and always look different once printed.

I like your designs, but I was looking for something a little different. Can you customize a design for me?

I am always happy to do custom work. It gives me a chance to get to know a couple and really make an invitation perfect for their event. As custom designs vary, so can the cost. Email me what you are looking for and I will provide you with a quote.

Can I get colored envelopes?

Yes! Colored envelopes do cost a bit more. Email me what color you are looking for and I can send you a quote.

How long will it take to complete my order?

Most orders are completed within 2-3 weeks. If you have an unusually large order (more than 150 sets) it may take 3-4 weeks. I can confirm with you at the time you place your order how long it will take to complete. If you live in the US allow for an extra 3-5 days for shipping. If you are located outside the US please allow 2-10 weeks for delivery. ***Please also take into account the time it takes us to work together to fianlize your custom order. This pre-process can take anywhere from 4 - 30 days, depending on your needs.

Do you ship internationally?

I ship all over the world! Shipping rates and times may vary. Email me your location and I can send you a quote. Please note: the package may arrive in within the specified time frame but your customs office may be slow to process and will not release the package for 1-8 weeks (All depends on the customs office) I've seen it processed right away most of the time, but I have heard stories of it sitting there for a few weeks. Also note: your customs office may require you to pay a customs fee when you pick up the package. .

Can you rush my order?

I do rush orders for an extra cost of $50.00. Rush orders are completed and shipped within 7 days. You can also pay for overnight or 2-day shipping. Please contact me to make sure I'm available for a rush order.
